Biography
Hello, I am Passang "B" and I come from the small village of Yara on the Tibetan border. I am the second of three children. I have a sister and a younger brother. My sister brought me here to Bon Children's Home in January 2004 because my parents didn't have enough food to feed all the family. We are very poor and only have a very small piece of land. There is no school in the village where we live and
I cannot have an education in Tibetan tradition. I miss my family, but here at BCH I can receive a solid education. I like my studies especially english and when not in classes I do painting. I want to help my family one day.

The Bon Children's Home
The Bon Children's Home, Dolanji, India is a non-profit making institution providing boarding facilities for poor and needy childrent, whose parents are in exile. Most of the children are orphans or semi-orphans. The chidren receive a full education and accommodation in an environment which preserves their cultural heritage. The institution fully depends on charitable donations to provide for their future and the future of Tibet.
